These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Umet Technology website and dining platform services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Umet Technology provides an AI-powered dining platform that enables restaurants to offer digital menus, AI concierge assistance, ordering, payments, and owner dashboards. Specific features may vary based on your service agreement.

Account and access

Restaurant owners and authorized staff receive credentials to access the owner dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other restaurants' data
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Upload content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes on others' rights

Restaurant content

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu items, pricing, and descriptions. You grant Umet Technology a license to display your menu content and branding within the platform.

Custom branding

We offer custom modifications to colors, logos, and interface elements as part of our onboarding process. Final branding is subject to mutual agreement and may require additional setup time.

Payments

Payment processing for guest orders is handled through integrated payment providers. Umet Technology is not responsible for payment processor outages or disputes between guests and restaurants.

Intellectual property

The Umet Technology platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Umet Technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umet Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to its terms. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data handling will follow our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
